Let me tell you the story of how I started Neuroblitz. You see, I have a PhD in epigenetics and I was working for the Max-Planck, one of the biggest science institutes in Europe. But, on the side of my work as a scientist, I had been doing theater and comedy. It soon became clear to me that scientists had a hard time communicating their findings to the general public and often, even to each other.

I became interested in communication and started teaching soft skills to teams of scientists from reputed institutes around the world. This way I could bring together my two passions, science and art.

As an epigeneticist I have always known that the environment plays a much more important part in our success than we give it credit for. And the environment can be physical, but also mental and social. So I dived into the latest research on psychology and neuroscience. To make these finding palatable and actionable I designed. exercises based on theater and psychodrama and the results I started witnessing in teams were astonishing.

Soon, I took my trainings into the corporate world, working with big listed companies, banks and state institutions. The results there were the same. Teams would work together effectively, communicate better, share a sense of deep purpose and motivation and ultimately more projects would get done, fewer people would call-in sick, conflicts would be resolved.

Over the past ten years, along with my colleagues, I have been training teams using exercises and methods inspired by theater to share the latest scientific research in relevant fields. This experience has taught me that despite teams having unique challenges, any problem can be tackled by altering the mental, physical, or social environment. At Neuroblitz we have found a way to deliver the latest research it in a manner that sticks and gets results - the Neuroblitz Method.
