Resilience through Improvisation in Brussels
Mai 25 @ 10:00 - 17:00
Resilience through applied improvisation
Job changes, a new location, new relationships and internal changes are more frequent in our ever-changing world. Often these changes create stress and drain resources.
Through resilience you can counter stress and overwhelm from a position of strength. In this workshop we’ll discover and explore the power of resilience through applied improvisation.
I’ve worked as a scientist at Max-Planck and researched how the environment influences genes. Also I’ve performed as a professional actor in close to 1000 shows all over the globe. My two passions, theater and science, resulted in this workshop.
With Neuroblitz scientific results become experiences. In this two day workshop you’ll learn about your own stress-patterns hard-wired in your nervous system. You’ll take away impulses and exercises to live your life in a more resilient way.
I look forward to meeting you,
Dr. Ben Hartwig
